They gave my boyfriend a free slice of cake for his birthday since they messed up the order. Food is great though

Worst service ever for a pickup order, took them 20 minutes over the set pickup time that was set almost an hour in advance only to be treated rudely by wait staff and a manager who couldn't even find the receipt. Was only handed a handful of change instead of a receipt and actual dollars. Food was very poor quality and wings not even coated. I do not recommend this location!

It's okay. They're really slow at getting you your food. Like expect 45 minutes for them to bring you wings that they literally cook the night before, warm up and dip in sauce. No matter how slow they are. I don't know what they're doing but I'm going with playing with their phones and flirting in the back. the beer selection is okay. The waiters are hit and miss. I eat here twice this year and I'm good until next year or the one after. Not worth your time or money trust me.

We LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings. Cassy was awesome!! I love servers who care about truly making sure the customer has a great experience. That was the case today and we visit every month. Try the double stacked Bacon cheeseburger!! It’s great!!

Happy hour is great for snacking 2 to 6 pm or late night 8 to close. Sit on the booth area for better service. Bar area doesn't give good service.

A good restaurant. Service was a tad slow but the restaurant was extremely busy so I can't really be too critical about that. Food was good and it was served hot.

Ordered 36 wings, they gave us small cups of parmesan garlic and honey bbq on the side for 36 pieces you think they could splurge and maybe give you two of each instead of just one of each. Don't want to put you guys out though. Order #: 1010001

Staff was rude and Manager was “Soo Mean” and yelling to us and has No patience and not willing to listen what we are saying.We ordered 20 Boneless wings with sauce as 10 Parmesan Garlic, 10 Thai curry with an option Extra Sauce on side. They delivered plain wings with sauce on side. Is this happens to everyone whoever visited to this store??Haven’t see this kind of menu in Buffalo wings, where we get plain wings and sauce on side and not dipping on the wings!!!Mistake has been made by staff and Manger is not willing to apologize for the mistake rather he was yelling to me which is not acceptable. I strongly recommend NOT to purchase and visit this store.. also a strong action need to be taken against Store Manager who is misbehaving and yelling with customers. Hope justice will be done...

I normally don't like buffalo wild wings because of their overpriced mediocreness, but I was given a gift card and figured I would give myself indigestion. I got the new chicken strips and I was pleasantly surprised on how good they were. I would definitely recommend them and will get them again the next time a family member or friend gives me a gift card as a last minute gift.

Good food, slower service

The service was great, our server Stephanie did a great job and was very attentive to our needs. The food came quickly and was very tasty. The only negative things I can say was we stood waiting for almost 10 minutes before we got seated and they were not busy. Also the prices are a little high for what your buying.

Great food and amazing service from our waiter!

Food was ok but the the service was horrible!!! Third time in a row that we had service there on a Sunday that was atrocious. Girls were either to busy looking at them selves or gossiping around the bar. Halve of the TVs were not working or on the same station as the others and the place was filthy! Will not be going back! To many other reputable restaurants in that area.

Good wings...polite and fast service

Tried the new buffalo sauce and loved it.

Ten of us went for a birthday party, Our waiter keep our drinks full and the food came out quickly, TVs in the usual spots had several different sporting events on, but no sound made it easy to talk and enjoy our apps and beers. Excellent customer service, our server Keith did an amazing job. Thank you!

This place is SO fast and the servers are so nice! I've never seen a bartender move as fast as Jackie M. The food was super and very hot and we had a great time! Jenna was a wonderful server and was so funny and a delight to have. We will be back and definitely recommend this one to all local AND travelers-thru! Well done! Yummy!

Food was tasty but very middle of the road. Strawberry lemonade was great but charge for refills.

This BWW has been the anchor business for this center. The other offices has never been occupied and BWW is the only business that keeps the parking lot filled with patrons. The wings has been very consistent with all other BWW restaurants. The Sports variety has been limited at times and to get them to change it has been difficult. The staff is good and friendly, the atmosphere is typical of a sports bar. The bathrooms are kept clean during our visits. All in all its a good place for beers wings and sports on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Horrible! Chicken sandwich had nasty dried up "coleslaw" (which was just dried up brown carrots and cabbage). Waitress just walked away when tired to ask a question. Manager was unapologetic and not helpful in anyway. First time there and definitely will not go back.

Great food, great staff. Highly recommended all around. Brenna was very friendly and met all our needs promptly.

Some of the best service that I've had in a long time. Are anytime my drink went dry my server had one there before it went dry. There was a small mistake with one of my mozzarella sticks that being that there was no cheese in it and to solve it the waitress got me a whole new set of mozzarella sticks. I can't remember her name but she was excellent and she was doing six tables and training somebody at the same time.

It seems that most times we go in there the staff seems mad or upset. They never smile, the managers never approach all tables if any and I am finding it harder and harder to dine in any more.

Horrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes in lobby with people walking past us not acknowledging us. Only 6-8 cars in parking lot hardly anyone in the restaurant but we were told we still had to wait 35 minutes until we could be seated after we were finally acknowledged.

Good food but rather pricey

First off, I love Buffalo Wild Wings and their food. Their food is really pricey, but you get good quality food so it's worth it. Also it can be pretty loud here with all the TVs and talking in close proximity but I guess that comes with the territory. Our service has always been good, and our food has always been good too.

I always eat at this location. The employees are very welcoming & service is quick. I also feel the cooks here do an amazing job. Food is cooked perfect. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for amazing service.

Had a big group 30+. Sure it took some time as expected but everything was good.

Worst service ever. Waited a while for the table which was expected but then the waitress took almost 30 minutes to even bring drinks and take our order. No good

Tried the boneless wings a few weeks ago and wasn't impressed. They were dry and mostly breading and no meat. The chili con queso dip was delicious though. So we went back about a week ago and ordered bone in wings since they were on special. They were so good!! Bone in is they way to go with wings for sure! However this time we ordered the Chili queso dip and they changed the recipe and it wasnt as good as before. Still good though and will definitely be back!
